Upgrade your RSBS12, RPBS12 or DMB65 upper and lower cast blade guides with this fully adjustable, universal 6x bearing, billet aluminium system.

This complete 6x bearing kit replaces the upper and lower blade guides with billet blocks. Hex screws on the back of each block and sliders on each bearing allows full and fine adjustment. This also contains a new aluminium section rail. This stronger, easier to adjust system comes complete with bearings.

By fitting this kit your machine will also gain almost 3/4inch depth of cut (18mm) as the upper guide is shorter in height.

Note: Only fits the RSBS12, RPBS12 and DMB65 Models With Aluminium Guide Rails (some older models used a steel rail which will not work with this upgrade) - New hole(s) are required (instructions and drill template included)

All deliveries from Bedford Saw & Tool Co will be via courier or in some cases Royal Mail and will require a signature. Delivery times for items in stock are usually 1-2 working days from despatch for mainland UK. You will receive and email as soon as your order is despatched. Remote locations, highlands, islands and overseas are usually at a local depot within 2-3 days but can can take up to 14 days for them to deliver.

Free delivery applies to some products and collection in store is also available (please contact us before ordering).

Freight companies with tail lift vehicles may be used for larger items.

Special orders or out of stock items can be up to 10 to 14 days - If you would like more information please call us and we'll be happy to provide an approx delivery date.

Impressed by the Upgrade kit

Having taken care to set the new guides up the difference in the performance of my RPBS12 was impressive. The upgrade kit was comprehensive and well engineered. Fitting the kit was not complicated, pretty much requiring only a pair of 13mm open ended spanners, a 10mm spanners and a couple of Allen keys. £72 spent very well spent.

Well worth the money

I got my guides delivered yesterday and fitted them today. After spending some time fine tuning the saw, I made a few test cuts.
The upgrade kit is a really easy DIY job, and parts are very well engineered. Adjustment is much easier than the original guides, and the new rail gives a bit more height.
Once fully set up, the test cuts showed an immediate improvement, with zero drift
